Payment Timeline
To secure your event at The Wright Place, we require the following payment schedule for the facility fee and any additional services or decor rentals:

A 30% non-refundable deposit of the facility fee is due to reserve your event date(s). This deposit is applied toward the total facility fee.

The remaining balance of the facility fee, cost of any rental add-ons, and refundable security deposit are due in full. This ensures services are finalized before your event.

We want your celebration at The Wright Place to be completely worry-free for everyone involved. As part of our standard policy, we kindly request proof of general liability insurance (often called a special event or wedding liability policy) with at least $1,000,000 per occurrence in coverage, naming The Wright Place as an additional insured, at least 15 days prior to your event. This affordable coverage—typically ranging from $100 to $200—is easily arranged through your existing insurance provider or wedding-specific insurers.
